"What a comfortable, peaceful and safe hotel right in downtown. It's minutes away walking from nearly everything in town. First class service, very clean rooms and well appointed. During our essential travel to San Francisco, this was a quite oasis in all of the pandemic struggles. All the necessary precautions were taken relative to COVID-19 and then some. They even wait 24 hours after checkout to clean the rooms so as not to expose their staff. Great restaurant downstairs from the hotel called Poggio. Great outdoor dining. Many thanks again for the great hospitality from the folks at Casa Madrona."
