Arrival

We look forward to welcoming you to The Spa at Casa Madrona. Please plan to check-in a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment to ensure a leisurely orientation of the facilities and introduction to your assigned therapist.

Facilities

A locker, spa robe and slippers are provided for use during your visit. We recommend leaving all valuables in your guest room safe or at home.

Beverages, including a selection of teas and spa water as well as light snacks are available within our spa lounge for your enjoyment.

Our lounge and treatment areas are places of relaxation and respite and therefore we encourage our guests to switch off cell phones and other electronic devices.

Attire

Spa robes are provided and should be worn in all public spaces. During your treatment, you will be draped appropriately and conservatively at all times. Undergarments may be worn if preferred.

Special Requests

Every effort will be made to honor gender specific requests for your treatments. Please inform us of all preferences when scheduling your appointment. Please inform us at the time of booking if you are pregnant as certain treatments are contraindicated for pregnancy. Our expert staff would be delighted to recommend appropriate alternative treatments.

Reservations

We encourage you to book spa services in advance of arrival. We request 24-hours advance notice to cancel or change a confirmed spa service. Changes made within the 24 hours will be charged 50% of the full treatment price.
No-shows will be charged in full.

Age

The spa welcomes guests 16 years or older for facials. Adults 18 years and older are welcome to select any of our spa services.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates may be purchased in any denomination at the hotel front desk.
