APPOINTMENTS AND RESERVATIONS
We recommend booking your spa appointments prior to your arrival by calling (415) 354-8308. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Missing an appointment, canceling or rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours will result in a fee assessed at the full value of the missed appointment.
WHEN TO ARRIVE
We suggest arriving to our San Francisco hotel spa 20 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time to check in, change, shower and enjoy our steam room and relaxation lounge. Please note that should you arrive late, your treatment will end as scheduled as a courtesy to the next guest.
WHAT TO WEAR
We suggest that you wear comfortable clothing and do not bring your jewelry or valuables to the spa. A spa robe and slippers will be provided for your treatment. You may prefer to fully disrobe for your treatment, as our therapists are professionally trained in proper draping techniques to ensure you privacy and comfort.
CONSIDERATION FOR PREGNANCY
We suggest avoiding treatments using heat and deep pressure. The majority of our services can be received by the expectant mother with minor changes to the treatment. Please inform us so that the appropriate modifications can be made.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Guests must be 18 years of age to receive our spa services.
WHAT ABOUT GRATUITIES?
For your convenience a 20 percent service charge will be added to your services. If you choose, you may opt to leave an additional gratuity for your therapist.
